Where to find luggage storage in Minneapolis
Our BagDrop network covers the areas visitors spend the most time in. Here's a rundown:
Downtown and Nicollet Mall
Nicollet Mall runs through the heart of downtown with shops, restaurants and the skyway system. Target Field and US Bank Stadium are nearby. Most of the big hotels are downtown too. If you're spending the day here, you don't need bags slowing you down. We have BagDrop spots in the area.
North Loop
North Loop was warehouses and now it's one of Minneapolis's hottest neighbourhoods. Restaurants, boutiques and breweries line the streets. It's walkable and compact. Store your bags first and you can bounce between spots without lugging luggage.
Uptown
Uptown sits south of downtown near Lake Calhoun and Lake Harriet. Hennepin and Lyndale are the main drags with restaurants, bars and shops. The area is popular with visitors and locals. Much easier to explore on foot without bags.
Stone Arch Bridge and the Mississippi
The Stone Arch Bridge is a Minneapolis icon. It crosses the Mississippi with great views of downtown and Saint Anthony Falls. The riverfront paths connect to Mill City Museum and the Guthrie. Walking the bridge and the riverfront is one of the best things to do in the city, but not with a suitcase. Drop your bags first.
Target Field and US Bank Stadium
Target Field (Twins) and US Bank Stadium (Vikings) are both downtown. On game days the streets and concourses get packed. First Avenue, the famous music venue, is nearby too. Bags are a hassle in crowded venues. We have BagDrop locations so you can enjoy the game or the show hands-free.
Mall of America
Mall of America is in Bloomington, about 15 minutes south of downtown. It's one of the largest malls in the country. Shoppers come from everywhere and many arrive with luggage, especially those with layovers at MSP. We have BagDrop locations in the area so you can shop without dragging bags through the mall.
