Getting from SFO to downtown by BART
SFO's AirTrain connects all terminals and the garages to the SFO BART station at the International Terminal. BART trains from SFO run into San Francisco and along Market Street through Civic Center, Powell Street, Montgomery Street and Embarcadero stations. Get off at Powell Street, exit toward Union Square and walk about 7 minutes to the location. On the way back, ride BART from Powell Street to SFO and allow extra time for the journey and security. What to do downtown with your hands free
- Union Square shopping and the Powell Street cable cars, both a few minutes from the location.
- Chinatown, starting at the Dragon Gate on Grant Avenue, a short walk away.
