BagsAway and Radical Storage both let you leave bags at a partner shop or hotel instead of a locker. You book online, drop off and collect when you're ready. The differences are in how you pay, what's included and where each one operates.
How pricing works
Radical Storage generally charges a flat rate per bag per day, whatever the size of the bag. BagsAway prices storage per bag by the hour, and the total is shown before you pay, so a two-hour stop costs less than a full day.
Protection and cancellation
Bags are kept at staffed partner shops and hotels, sealed with a security tag, and every booking includes up to $2,500 protection per order. Free cancellation up to 1 hour before your booking. Protection and cancellation terms differ between platforms, so check them at checkout whichever you choose.
Where each one operates
Radical Storage has partner locations in many cities, with its densest coverage in Europe. BagsAway covers cities across the United States and Canada, with locations near major stations, attractions and airports.
Which should you choose?
- Choose BagsAway for a few hours to a day in a US or Canadian city, when hourly pricing beats a flat day rate.
- Choose Radical Storage when you are travelling outside BagsAway cities, especially in Europe, or storing for a full day or more.
In Toronto, BagsAway's location near Union Station & UP Express is about 3 minutes' walk from the station, handy before a train, the UP Express to Pearson or a game at Scotiabank Arena.
